Reflexology is a treatment that focuses primarily on with your feet and hands. The theory behind reflexology is that there are "reflex points" in the feet and hands that relate to specific organs and glands in the body. Stimulating those reflex points promotes health in that organ via the body's energetic pathways. The nervous system is stimulated, which releases tension and can release toxins held within the body. Reflexology is a deeply relaxing treatment.

What can I expect with a Reflexology Treatment?

During a treatment, clothes are left on and the client is either seated in a comfortable chair or on a massage table. Very little oil or lotion is used. Most treatments typically last half an hour to an hour.
